Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the course. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 10 business days of the first day of class, payment will be processed for the full price of the course. Training Room Requirements

Your training room should include computers for each participant. An instructor computer with projector should also be provided to maximize the effectiveness of the training. We will provide a VMWare image with a full InterAction environment and a standard training database. To use this image, each machine should have a minimum of 2GB RAM, 12 GB hard drive space, and minimum CPU of Pentium IV 900 MHz.
