This workshop provides a hands-on opportunity to learn the details of the new reporting functionality provided by InterAction. During the class, you will learn tips and tricks while creating several useful reports.

  • Create a new report to track holiday card sponsorship
    • Include sponsorship information
    • Select current list vs. selected list
    • Use the Report Designer for grouping and sorting
    • Hands-on exercise

    • Understand Overview Reports
    • Understand the 'sections' of a report
    • Edit a section
    • Use Draft mode
  • Create a Report to Include Profile Information
    • Create a new report to include a Personnel profile section
    • Include an image in the Page Header layout

  • Independent Workshop
    • Create a list/summary report about key clients
    • Create an overview report to focus on your top clients
