InterAction Overview for Data Stewards

This web-based course provides an overview of InterAction and an introduction to using the InterAction Windows Client to perform basic data steward tasks.

Audience
InterAction users with some responsibility for managing quality, but who only use a subset of the Data Change Management tools. These users process mostly basic Data Change Management tickets and are often responsible for a subset of contacts.

Note: If you need to understand the complete functionality of InterAction's data quality tools, you should attend the 3-day InterAction for Data Stewards and Marketing Users course.

Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the course. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 10 business days of the first day of class, payment will be processed for the full price of the course. You may re-schedule for a future course subject to availability.

Web-based
To participate in this Web-based training class, you must have access to an Internet browser and a telephone. Log-on details will be provided in a separate e-mail once we have confirmed your reservation.

To ensure the trainer can provide sufficient individual attention to every participant, each registration allows a single person a single connection to the course. If you wish to have additional people share a connection, please register each person individually.
