InterAction 5.5 Application Collaboration
This one day workshop provides participants with a basic understanding of Application Collaboration and practical exercises on how to import contact(s) and contact data into InterAction from external data sources such as an HR, Billing or Accounting systems.
Audience
- Individuals responsible for initially populating their InterAction database with contacts from an external data source.
- Individuals responsible for updating or maintaining their InterAction database on an ongoing basis from an external data source.
Prerequisites
- InterAction for Data Stewards and Marketing Users course (or equivalent experience of the Windows Client) and
- InterAction for Application Administrators course

Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel without penalty up to 10 business days prior to the course. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 10 business days of the first day of class, payment will be processed for the full price of the course. You may re-schedule for a future course subject to availability.
