Join us for an informal breakfast networking event in London on Wednesday 8th September.

Following on from the last event where we discussed the IPO market and the impact the recession had on exit options, our guest speaker, Mark Wilson from Catalyst Corporate Finance will talk about the subject of international buyers as an exit route in 2010 and beyond. Catalyst is seeing renewed interest from overseas buyers looking to acquire UK companies across a wide number of sectors.

Mark will discuss:

Mark is a partner at Catalyst Corporate Finance and is a board member of their international partnership called Mergers Alliance, a group of award winning corporate finance specialists based in 36 offices around the world. He has lived and worked in Europe and Asia and worked with a range of US businesses.
